Case Study – Betfred

When two rival bookmakers underwent a merger, Leading Edge was commissioned by Bet Fred to rebrand its latest high-street acquisitions. Launched in 2015, this project included over 100 existent stores, had duration beyond 2 months and covered geographical regions as wide as the Midlands to north of Scotland.

For 2 weeks, Leading Edge worked on generating drawings based on site surveys. After that, a designed fabrication team produced lightboxes, paintings, metalworks, and graphics.
3 Stores were targeted daily and included Health and Safety procedures as well as documentation and consultation.

Leading Edge employed in-house installers, who worked with the client for ensuring the smoothest transition. Present employees were deployed elsewhere to facilitate continuous business operations.
Now, Leading Edge is continually introducing new changes to stores and facilitating persistent maintenance of Bet Fred’s estate.
